Since I saw this graph on my twitter feed last weekend, I can’t stop thinking about it. Find on the upper right side what we strive to be as a VC firm. It also depicts the daily tensions we feel almost every day. Should we stop talking so much? Are we taking too much on this deal or that partnership? A culture is never perfect and never quite achieved; it’s a longing to become a better organization. I wanted to share this graph because it represents our passion to help founders change the world.
